What are AI credits?
AI credits power every AI action in LeadPulse — drafting a reply (3 credits), generating quick replies (2), writing a subject line (1), lead insights (5), and your Morning Brief (10/day). Sending a text or email is 1 credit. Plans include generous monthly allowances that reset on your billing date.
What happens if I run out of credits?
AI actions pause until your next reset. Sending messages continues on the text/email allowances. You can upgrade at any time for an instant top-up.
Do I need to set up the AI?
No. AI works the moment you sign up — no API keys, no configuration. It learns from your conversation history automatically.
What happens after my trial ends?
You'll be prompted to choose a plan. If you don't, your AI features pause but your data stays safe until you subscribe.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
How many team users can I add?
All plans include unlimited team users. No per-seat fees.
Is my data used to train AI models?
