Getting Started

What is LeadPulse?+
LeadPulse is a multi-channel lead management platform that lets you text, email, and manage contacts — all in one place. Connect your Google Voice, Gmail, and other channels to communicate with leads directly from LeadPulse.
How do I sign up?+
Visit my.leadpul.se and create an account with your email. You'll get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required.
How do I connect my Google Voice or Gmail account?+
After signing up, go to Accounts and click "Add Account." Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize LeadPulse to access your Google Voice or Gmail. Your messages will start syncing automatically.
Can I use LeadPulse on my phone?+
Yes! LeadPulse is a cross-platform app. You can use it in your web browser on any device, or install the native iOS app for on-the-go access.

Billing & Plans

How much does LeadPulse cost?+
LeadPulse offers two paid plans: Plus at $39/month and Unlimited at $139/month. Both include a 14-day free trial. Additional team members are $10/month each. See our Pricing page for full details.
Is there really a free trial?+
Yes! Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can explore the full feature set before committing.
What happens after my trial ends?+
You'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused until you do.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — no contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your billing page and you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
How do I get a refund?+

Features & Usage

What channels does LeadPulse support?+
LeadPulse currently supports Google Voice (text messaging) and Gmail (email). We're actively expanding to support additional channels like Dialpad, iMessage, and more.
What counts as a 'channel'?+
A channel is any connected account — a Google Voice number, Gmail inbox, Dialpad line, etc. Each connection counts as one channel.
How do campaigns and sequences work?+
Sequences are reusable multi-step message flows — the 'what to send and when.' Campaigns apply a sequence to a group of contacts — the 'who and tracking.' You can mix text and email steps in a single sequence.
Can I import my existing contacts?+
Yes! LeadPulse supports CSV, Excel, and vCard imports. You can map columns to contact fields during the import process.
How many messages can I send?+
Message limits depend on your plan. The Plus plan includes 5,000 messages/month, and the Unlimited plan has no message limits from LeadPulse. Note that your messaging platform (e.g., Google Voice) may have its own sending limits.
How does team member pricing work?+
Both plans include seats in the base price. Additional members are $10/month each. Plus includes 1 member; Unlimited includes 10.

Privacy & Compliance

Can I use LeadPulse for telemarketing or spam?+
No. Using LeadPulse for telemarketing, spamming, or sending unsolicited messages is a direct violation of our Terms of Use. LeadPulse should only be used to communicate with people who expect and want to receive your messages.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. LeadPulse uses Firebase with enterprise-grade security, encrypted connections, and multi-tenant data isolation. We never share your contact data or message content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What regulations should I be aware of?+
You are responsible for compliance with laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state or international regulations governing automated messaging. See our Terms of Use for more.

Troubleshooting

LeadPulse isn't syncing my messages. What should I do?+
Check the Accounts page to verify your account status. If the status shows "Auth Required," you'll need to re-authorize. If messages still aren't syncing, check our Troubleshooting Guide or email support@leadpul.se.
