Getting Started
What is LeadPulse?+
LeadPulse is a multi-channel lead management platform that lets you text, email, and manage leads — all in one place. Connect your Google Voice, Gmail, and other channels to communicate with leads directly from LeadPulse.
How do I sign up?+
Visit my.leadpul.se and create an account with your email. You'll get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features — no credit card required.
How do I connect my Google Voice or Gmail account?+
After signing up, go to Accounts and click "Add Account." Follow the OAuth prompts to authorize LeadPulse to access your Google Voice or Gmail. Your messages will start syncing automatically.
Can I use LeadPulse on my phone?+
Yes! LeadPulse is a cross-platform app. You can use it in your web browser on any device, or install the native iOS app for on-the-go access.
Billing & Plans
How much does LeadPulse cost?+
LeadPulse offers three paid plans: Starter at $97/month, Growth at $197/month (most popular), and Scale at $397/month. All plans include a 14-day free trial, unlimited users, and AI features included. See our Pricing page for full details.
Is there really a free trial?+
Yes. Every plan comes with a 14-day free trial and 2,000 AI credits. No credit card required. You can explore the full feature set before committing.
What happens after my trial ends?+
You'll be prompted to choose a plan and enter payment details. If you don't subscribe, your account will be paused until you do.
Can I switch plans later?+
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing settings. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — no contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your billing page and you'll retain access through the end of your billing period.
How do I get a refund?+

Features & Usage
What channels does LeadPulse support?+
LeadPulse currently supports Google Voice (text messaging) and Gmail (email). We're actively expanding to support additional channels like Dialpad, iMessage, and more.
What counts as a 'channel'?+
A channel is any connected account — a Google Voice number, Gmail inbox, Dialpad line, etc. Each connection counts as one channel.
How do campaigns and sequences work?+
Sequences are reusable multi-step message flows — the 'what to send and when.' Campaigns apply a sequence to a group of leads — the 'who and tracking.' You can mix text and email steps in a single sequence.
Can I import my existing leads?+
Yes! LeadPulse supports CSV, Excel, and vCard imports. You can map columns to lead fields during the import process.
How many messages can I send?+
All plans use a unified AI credits system. Starter includes 25,000 credits/month, Growth 125,000, and Scale 500,000. Sending a text or email costs 1 credit; AI actions cost 1–10 credits depending on the action. Note that your underlying channel (e.g., Google Voice) may have its own sending limits.
How does team user pricing work?+
All plans include unlimited team users. No per-seat fees, no per-user add-ons.
AI Features
Do I need to set up the AI?+
No. AI works out of the box — no API keys, no configuration, no prompt engineering. It learns from your conversation history automatically.
What can the AI do?+
LeadPulse AI drafts replies in your tone, generates subject lines, suggests one-tap quick replies, scores every lead by engagement, summarizes lead history, writes your Morning Brief each day, and analyzes campaign performance every night.
What model powers the AI?+
LeadPulse uses Google's Gemini 1.5 Flash for reply drafting, lead insights, and summaries. We chose it for its speed, quality, and cost efficiency — so we can include AI in every plan instead of billing it separately.
How do AI credits work?+
Every action costs credits: sending a message (1), generating a subject line (1), quick replies (2), drafting a reply (3), lead insights (5), Morning Brief (10/day, cached). Credits reset monthly on your billing date.
What happens if I run out of credits?+
AI actions pause until your next reset. You can upgrade at any time for an instant top-up, or keep using LeadPulse's core messaging features.
Is my data used to train AI models?+
No. Your prompts and lead data are never used to train external models. Every AI call is ephemeral — data is sent for that single request and discarded.
Can I disable AI features?+
You don't need to — AI features are opt-in. If you never click "Draft Reply" or view the Morning Brief, you never spend AI credits.
Privacy & Compliance
Can I use LeadPulse for telemarketing or spam?+
No. Using LeadPulse for telemarketing, spamming, or sending unsolicited messages is a direct violation of our Terms of Use. LeadPulse should only be used to communicate with people who expect and want to receive your messages.
Is my data secure?+
Yes. LeadPulse uses Firebase with enterprise-grade security, encrypted connections, and multi-tenant data isolation. We never share your lead data or message content with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What regulations should I be aware of?+
You are responsible for compliance with laws such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), CAN-SPAM Act, and any applicable state or international regulations governing automated messaging. See our Terms of Use for more.
Troubleshooting
LeadPulse isn't syncing my messages. What should I do?+
Check the Accounts page to verify your account status. If the status shows "Auth Required," you'll need to re-authorize. If messages still aren't syncing, check our Troubleshooting Guide or email support@leadpul.se.
